Welcome to my portfolio!

My name is David Forsyth. I am the Office Manager and Nursing Administrative Services Manager at West Lake Terrace, a longterm care home located in Prince Edward County, Ontario. Some of the responsibilities I possess within this role include managing resident finances and invoices, payroll, producing reports with accurate record keeping, acting as a direct assistant to the Director of Care to ensure staffing needs are met, conducting health and safety audits, as well as deciphering through provincial policies and synthesizing information. 

 

The role of this portfolio is to provide a professional medium in which I can communicate my professional identity and values to the public eye. It is also to serve as a medium that provides a collection of my career details. Working for OMNI Health Care, my aspirations are to become a leader in health care.
